Release date - Windows 10 May 2020 :

May 28 is the expected date for rolling out Windows 10 v2004 and 20H1 to mainstream users. The update is mainly focusing on security, speed, and productivity. 1 billion devices currently running on windows 10, the statement by Microsoft in March 2020. as of now official support for Windows 7 is over, Microsoft wants the user to update their PC to Windows 10. On the 12th of May, the final version of the update is expected to roll out to the developers, and on the 28th of may update will be available for mainstream users.

New Features - Windows 10 May 2020 :


Bluetooth pairing: No need to open settings app for pairing the devices, Pairing will be done  directly through notifications 

Cortana: The major update for Cortana, Cortana is evolving into a personal productivity assistant that can help you to use Microsoft 365, the statement by Microsoft. Cortana will no longer stick to the taskbar so the app can be moved or resized. You can use Cortana to create emails, for example, you can say, "send an email to Prasanna that write an article!" or "Show me emails from Abhi". You can create or ask about meetings in the new calendar app. Using Cortana you can open apps and adjust settings like brightness. 

Virtual Desktop: you can rename virtual desktop instead of the system-issued name like Desktop 1 

Search home: Quick Search for new movies, weather, today in history, top news from your search home

Kaomoji: kaomoji is available in Microsoft emoji along with other emoji eg. (¬‿¬). The keyboard shortcut for accessing emoji is "WIN + . " or "WIN + ; "

Automatically open apps: Option will be available to automatically open universal windows platform apps after you restart your PC, in settings
